Nidar not responding

Following many of Nidars students inundating the wesbite making threats and hiding behind fake names saying that we are biased I have made numerous attempts to contact nidar though his website and facebook pages

here is the proof – message posted on his facebook page – the Comments are subsequently deleted immediately without response.

So regardless of the countless calls of his students to ask him face to face, why doesn’t he not make an offical statement for all to see. Ask Nidar to make a statement and we will post it here.

Nidar says khalsa created with blessings of Kalika Devi

Here we have proof of Nidar Singh ignoring Dasam Granth gurbani of Guru Gobind Singh ji and falsely attributing the creation of the Khalsa to Kalika Devi.

So Guru Gobind Singh ji clearly states that the starting of the panth was ordained by the almighty Vaheguru Akaal Purkh, thus he says in Bachittar natak clearly that the creation of the Khalsa was with the blessings of Akaal Purkh Alone.

The Word of the Non-Temporal Lord:

ਚੌਪਈ ॥

ਮੈ ਅਪਨਾ ਸੁਤ ਤੋਹਿ ਨਿਵਾਜਾ ॥ ਪੰਥ ਪ੍ਰਚੁਰ ਕਰਬੇ ਕਹੁ ਸਾਜਾ ॥
I have adopted you as my son and hath created you for the propagation of the path (Panth).

You go therefore for the spread of Dharma (righteousness) and cause people to retrace their steps from evil actions”.29.

The World of the Poet:

ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥

ਠਾਢ ਭਯੋ ਮੈ ਜੋਰਿ ਕਰ ਬਚਨ ਕਹਾ ਸਿਰ ਨਿਆਇ ॥

I stood up with folded hands and bowing down my head, I said:

ਪੰਥ ਚਲੈ ਤਬ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਜਬ ਤੁਮ ਕਰਹੁ ਸਹਾਇ ॥੩੦॥
The path (Panth) shall prevail only in the world, with THY ASSISTANCE.”30.
(Guru Gobind Singh ji, Dasam Granth)

But if we look at Nidar Singhs Main website he has a different view, he says Guru Gobind Singh ji created the khalsa with the blessings of the Goddess Chandi/Kalika   – Continue reading Nidar says khalsa created with blessings of Kalika Devi

What Bhai Gurdas says about Sangat

Just as wind blowing from a particular direction causes rain while another direction blows the clouds away.

Just as drinking some water keeps the body healthy while some other water causes one to fall sick. It troubles the patient no end.

Just as the fire of a house helps in cooking but the fire raged in another house burns the house to ashes’

Similarly someone’s company liberates, while other’s company leads one to hell. (549)

Nidar and Parmjit’s warm welcome at Takht Hazur Sahib and subsequent disrespect of Baba Kulwant Singh

Nidar and his main chela Paramjit Singh went to Takht Hazur Sahib to promote their new book “In the Masters Presence”. They were thrown out of the place and had to write an apology for calling the Jathedar a sell-out and weak, in their book, as well as insulting the Hazuri Singhs and claiming that women can cut their hair. They will never been seen there ever again. Watch the video above and see if it matches Nidar’s egotistical statements below from his website, where he calls Baba Kulwant Singh and his sangat fools and insults them further

Nidar Singh and his support of Balbir Singh (Akali-BJP)

Nidar Singh and his support of Balbir Singh

Nidar Singh’s parchar ten years ago or so was anti-SGPC and anti-British colonialism, of how they modified Sikhism into a passive movement. So, it’s hypocritical for him to support Balbir, who is supported by the Akali-BJP (Hindu) and SGPC. Here is video of Nidar accepting Balbir as his leader:

Proof of an evolving made up art not an ancient one

I have been acccused in the first article where I refer to Niddars changing and adding to his origiinal message of 12 years ago when I first came across him. A really lovely Singh I know sent me an old document entitled “The Fighting Traditions And Fighting Arts Of
The Traditional Sikh Warriors” published in 1998. Where the ancient art is called “Chatka Gatka”. Continue reading Proof of an evolving made up art not an ancient one

Shastar Vidiya in World War 2

I have heard many of Niddars students talking of Shastar Vidiya as the “lost art” “essential for all sikhs to learn” “without shastarvidiya sikhs could not have won wars” “Sikhs are weak without Shastar Vidiya training” and this is all in the context of expressing the art of Niddar as the timeless art. Well I have to disagree very strongly.

The Sikh Regiment is to this day recognised as one of the bravest forces to fight during the world wars winning medals, accolades and victoria cross medals. In the years to 1945, 14 Victoria Crosses were awarded to the Sikhs, a per capita record given the size of the Sikh Regiments. In 2002, the names of all Sikh VC and George Cross winners were inscribed on the pavilion monument of the Memorial Gates on Constitution Hill next to Buckingham Palace, London. Guru Gobind Singh jis view of Snatan Hindu vidya and deities

These are some excerpts from Guru Gobind Singh Jis own words from Dasam Granth. Clearly we can see from these that Guru Gobind singh ji only worshiped the almighty Vaheguru and bowed to noone else

Guru Gobind Singh ji translated stories about the devi, devtey because it is a part of the history of the world but he did not worship any of them.

But why? Shastar Vidiya

I came across Niddar and his crew around 12 or so years ago, and he seemed like a harmless enough guy, had some crazy ideas and didn’t give it much thought. Many of my friends started learning what started off as Gatka, then became Hatka, then became, Jhatka Gatka, then became Shastar Vidiya, then became Hindu Sikh Snatam Shastar Vidiya. Things changed a lot, and as other martial artists started to attend, Niddar started to assimilate their techniques into what he claimed was an ancient complete martial art. “old words new meanings”. What we see today from shastarvidiya is a development over the last ten years. Being someone who has seen the transition in style, I can tell you that Niddar moves differently now and his techniques have changed and new ones have been introduced. Now there is nothing wrong with adaption and evolution of a style, indeed it is needed for a style to remain current and relevant. However, for martial arts purists as Niddar claims to be, this is a problem. If he had learned and ancient and unadulterated style from the last master years ago, where is the new material coming from? Why the change in name and philosophy?

So whats the problem? let him carry on, hes only teaching martial arts

Well the proof came over time, for myself anyway. I am a pretty chilled out guy, and very open to diversity and oneness. But over time, I started to see altogether sinister change in the people who went to train with him. Dear friends of mine who had become Niddars students started to change in their behaviour in their outlook and gradually I found it harder and harder to sit with them. Their practices continued to shock me and other people who approached me to discuss it. Being unable to defend the behavior and words of my old friends, I didn’t know what to say other than: “the Gurus Sikhs do not do this kind of thing”. It just didn’t seem right.
